**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and execution of product strategies for digital asset offerings, including blockchain, cryptocurrency, NFTs, and other digital goods.
- Support the product management team in conducting market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback to inform product decisions.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of product features and improvements.
- Help maintain product documentation, including user stories, product requirements, and roadmaps.
- Track and report on product performance metrics, providing insights for optimization and growth.
- Assist in identifying and mitigating risks related to product development and user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with trends and emerging technologies in the digital asset and fintech sectors to drive innovation and product enhancement.
- Support customer-facing teams by providing product knowledge, training materials, and troubleshooting assistance when needed.
- Assist with the development of marketing collateral and communications to promote digital asset products.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in product management, digital assets, fintech, or a related industry.
- Willing and prepared to work outside of official hours in times of work exigencies and when business picks up
- Familiarity with blockchain technology, cryptocurrency, NFTs, or other digital asset products is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate in a cross-functional team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A passion for technology, digital innovation, and emerging trends in the fintech space.
- Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced and constantly evolving industry.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with digital product management tools (e.g., Jira)
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance considerations related to digital assets.
- Familiarity with the broader digital asset ecosystem (e.g., DeFi, Web3).
- Experience in customer support or user education for digital products.
