**Your role**
- Are you looking for a role which can reshape the future of finance? We’re looking for an Initiative Manger for Digital Assets in APAC
- drive our Initiative Management in the APAC region, including support setting the strategy and initiative roadmap, governance, and initiative portfolio management
- collaborate with business divisions to define priorities, manage cross-functional initiatives from start to finish, and ensure successful outcomes
- engage with the digital asset ecosystem to identify new opportunities and shape industry standards
- support regulatory, compliance and risk engagements to ensure alignment with regional compliance standards

**Your team**
- You'll be working in the Digital Asset Center of Excellence (CoE) team in Singapore reporting to the Lead of Digital Assets APAC and UBS Tokenize. Become part of a passionate team of Digital Asset Experts working alongside various business divisions and functions to enable UBS to deliver on its Digital Assets priorities.

**Your expertise**
- 3+ years’ experience in financial services with a strong understanding of financial infrastructure
- passionate about digital assets and distributed ledger/ blockchain technology, with a track of record of delivering complex projects/products in the Digital Asset/Fintech space
- demonstrated project management experience in managing portfolios of initiatives across different functions, great communication skills, public speaking experience will be a plus
- strong analytical and conceptual skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across a wide range of divisions, regions, and stakeholders
- good understanding of legal and regulatory landscape for Digital Assets, especially in the APAC region
