- The Chief Digital and Information Office (CDIO) in APAC is looking for such a person - a highly motivated individual to design, drive, and own initiatives, strengthen business partnerships, and coordinate regionally and globally to help UBS achieve its strategic objectives in the region.
- Key responsibilities will involve:
- portfolio management: depending on the topic, facilitate or drive a portfolio of regional initiatives on a range of topics across governance, operating model, collaboration with product groups, risk and resilience, culture, workforce, finance, vendor management, and technology. The expectation is that the incumbent is hands-on and can act independently as a deputy to the CDIO Operating Manager.
- build consensus using data and personal influence among different stakeholders who may have competing priorities.
- governance: the incumbent will represent CDIO interests in different business, regional governance forums and should be confident in articulating the progress and challenges on different topics basis data.
- data driven reporting and decision making: provide a crisp, transparent view of CDIO APAC's state of play.
- leverage a robust data framework to identify underlying trends, flag issues and risks, drive prioritization and closure of various projects and initiatives.

**Your team**
- Chief Digital and Information Office brings together Technology, Shared Operations, Group Corporate Services, Third Party Risk Management and Business Continuity Management. In APAC, we are a ~2,500 strong diverse workforce present in 12 locations.
- The Regional Management team is responsible for enabling the strategy for CDIO in the region, in close collaboration with global, regional and business stakeholders. This role will manage a small team drawn from UBS staff and other partners.

**Your expertise**
- You have:
- management consulting experience or have held positions in Change/COO/Chief of Staff functions
- excellent analytical skills combined with strong written and verbal communication
- a good understanding of technology, risk, and culture would be a big advantage

- flexible, pragmatic, and self-motivated with an ability to stay focused and with a ‘can do’ attitude
