Technician (Special Treatment)

- Possesses academic qualification of at least Nitec or Higher Nitec.

ALG is currently recruiting for a **Technician (Special Treatment) **with our world-leading Aerospace client. This is a full-time permanent position based in Singapore.

**Responsibilities**:

- Carry out production work as assigned by the Flow Leader or Team Leader.
- Carry out housekeeping tasks according to the Flow Leader or Team Leader's instructions to maintain 5S.
- To perform critical special processes such as: Chrome plating, Nickel Plating/ cadmium plating, shot-peening, blasting, anodizing, heat treatment, passivation and HVOF stripping for major aircraft components.
- Carry out preparation and plating process according to technical instructions and routers.
- Ensure that the quality level of the components repaired meets the specifications.
- Carry out routine maintenance of plating tanks, equipment and fixtures. (TPM daily, monthly and quarterly).
- Participate actively in contributing to HSE development and improvement.
- Participate in Continuous Improvement programs and initiatives.
- Strict compliance to special process (plating, peening) instructions.
- Perform any other duties that may be assigned.

**Job Requirements**:

- Possesses academic qualification of at least Nitec or Higher Nitec.
- Minimum 1 to 3 years' experience in MRO industries.
- Advantage to have special approvals on one of the above mentioned critical specialized processes.
