To price, strategize and manage all cross-border products and customized solutions to support various sales channels in growing market share and business.

The role exists to launch and grow our Southeast Asia freight forwarding B2B/B2C business segment including but not limited to pioneering sales process flow, defining & executing go-to-market strategy and ensuring product relevance in B2B/B2C segment.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage the daily flow of outbound shipments from Singapore, including customs clearance operations and last-mile handover process
- Leveraging data analytical tools and drive end to end performance excellence from origin to local final delivery
- Support local and regional cross-border teams to launch new improvement programs / strategic initiatives that improve efficiency, reduce delivery lead time and drive business performance
- Develop and maintain Work Instructions, SOPs for e-commerce logistics operation workflows
- Experienced Import and export professionalism with a broad understanding of import and export knowledge.
- Interact with internal and external logistics partners in the S.E.A,
- Manage all customs clearance and import regulation matters
- Coach and lead a team of analysts/executives

**Requirements**:

- Physically fit
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the related field
- Minimum Diploma in any fields
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and words)
- Knowledge of import and export documentation
- Experience with Singapore’s local customs clearance would be an advantage
- Preferably in the logistics department of Courier/Express/E-commerce/Freight Forwarder/E-commerce seller
