We are hiring for Cross Border Logistic Executive who will support the Cross Border Department. The individual works independently with dedication and has a sense of urgency to meet deadlines. The individual also adopts a service excellence mindset and is passionate about addressing organizational and customer needs and issues.

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for local, Import, export shipment and order processing etc.
- Experienced Import and export professionalism with a broad understanding of import and export knowledge.
- Coordinate with internal and external parties to liaise for shipment pickup and delivery requests.
- To assist with shipping operation monthly reporting
- To assist with arrangements with vendors, quotes and updating in system
- Other ad-hoc duties

**Requirements**:

- Physically fit
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the related field
- Minimum NITEC / Diploma in any fields
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and words)
- Knowledge of import and export documentation
- Experience with Singapore’s local customs clearance would be an advantage
- Preferably in the logistics department of Courier/Express/E-commerce/Freight Forwarder/E-commerce seller
