Cross Border logistics is poised to be the enabler of e-commerce business in the region. Key deliverable of this role is to manage the end to end logistics journey from origin first-mile to last-mile delivery to the customer through collaboration with our partners, agents and 3rd party logistics providers.Areas of focus include support in implementing new solutions working with local and regional teams to improve performance and capacity. You will leverage data to drive operational efficiencies, enable new opportunities and be involved in innovative projects that will bring delight of seller and customer experience.**Responsibilities**:
- Own, develop and maintain forecast and performance of operational metrics (Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly business report trends)
- Provide analytical support on projects and new initiatives (analyze problem and provide solutions)
- Participate in project walkthrough, business requirements gathering, design, functional test plan and implementation session
- Leverage Data to identify bottleneck and root cause for issue and provide insight to management on initiative that needs to be taken to improve the performance
- Acting as key interface between business and Product/Tech functions
- Effectively manage relationships and negotiations with customs brokers to facilitate smooth cross-border transactions
- Vendor Management such as conducting regular review with Partners, Monthly Score Card and keeping track of joint initiative (partners management)
- Subject matter expert on Cross Border and Gateway (import/customs) related topics

**Job Requirements**
- Requirements/Qualifications:
- Degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, Engineering, or related fields
- Demonstrated attention to detail and the ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment
- Innovative and analytical thinker with a problem-solving orientation
- Experience managing ambiguity and driving clarity in complex projects
- Proficient in project and stakeholder management
- Excellent communication skills
