Department Cross Border eCommerce- LevelExperienced (Individual Contributor)- LocationSingaporeThe Cross Border team at Shopee empowers sellers from all over the world to sell into the Southeast Asia and Taiwan region. The team helps sellers to market their products across the 7 markets and provide enabling services such as cross border logistics, operations, payments, product related services, overseas warehouse fulfillment and business intelligence. - Facilitate the team in handling Shopee’s Cross Border e-commerce activities, including business development, operations, business intelligence, marketing, payment, warehouse and logistics. Provide corresponding product solution / support for features and live issues
- Engage internal and external stakeholders, build up domain expertise to understand business requirements and identify strategic opportunities
- Focus on centralising all product-related requests from all fronts of Cross Border departments and putting them into well-written business requirement documents (BRD)
- Coordinate with other PMs and locals to ensure proper product design can fulfil Cross Border business needs. Prepare and conduct necessary testings
- Manage feature rollout closely with business with training, deployment planning, day-to-day support, feedback gathering, etc.
- Ensure live issues are handled properly and timely. Drive solution and enhancement to reduce systematic issues and improve user experience

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics or a related technical field with system knowledge
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to facilitate cross border discussions and collaborations with stakeholders from China
- Experience in product design or project management experience, experience in system design / architecture or restful API design / implementation would be an advantage
- Strong in logic, critical thinking and problem solving skills. Proven ability to handle complex system requests
- Good understanding of eCommerce markets, competition and customers or Cross Border business
- Strong ownership, with a self-starter mindset, and willingness to learn
- Adaptable, open minded and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
- Proven track record in managing multiple projects and deliver on time
- Effectively communicate complex business/technical information with different audiences verbally or in writing
- Team player, able to work effectively with people at all levels in an organisation
