Job Responsibilities:

- Ensure the developed solutions meet business objectives.
- Analyze market and business needs to identify product opportunities.
- Capable of working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, adapting to new technologies and methodologies.
- Responsible for writing and maintaining product requirement documents, ensuring clarity, detail, and ease of understanding.
- Develop product roadmaps, planning iterations and releases of new features.
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and product requirement documents.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and quality completion of products.
- Work with UX/UI designers to ensure product design meets user needs and business goals.
- Partner with the technical team to ensure product design and implementation conform to technical specifications.
- Manage product roadmaps, prioritizing feature development.
- Monitor product development progress, ensuring the team has a clear understanding of requirements.
- Participate in the creation of test plans, engage in product testing and validation to ensure product quality.
- Utilize data analytics to optimize product performance and user satisfaction.
- Gather user feedback for continuous product improvement.
- Communicate with various departments within the company to ensure product goals align with corporate strategy.

Job Requirements: Business analysis experience, communication skills, analytical skills, industry knowledge.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Product Management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of practical experience in business analysis and product management.
- In-depth understanding of the software development process.
- Ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts in writing and speech.
- Deep understanding of user experience and design, with the ability to think from the user's perspective.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of effectively interacting with various stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to handle complex business challenges.
- Familiarity with best practices and tools in product management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment, adapting to new technologies and methodologies.
- Capable of developing product strategies and execution plans.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams, driving projects forward.
