**Job description**:

- 1. Responsible for facilitating and managing activities involving cross-border/Domestic transportation operations, partnership, and projects.
- 2. Familiar with custom requirements, import and export procedures between Malaysia and Singapore.
- 3. Sourcing for rates from service providers as per the sale/customer's enquiry.
- 4. Checking with Malaysia counterpart on their status as a declaring new customer in Malaysia or liaising with Malaysian customers or their representative.
- 5. Submit the selling rate to Singapore customer.
- 6. Coordinates with Malaysia counterpart on Sales lead from the destination.
- 7. Looking into all aspects of customer's requirement/problem solutions to handle their shipments.
- 8. Cross Border Trucking billing; preparing of reports for internal external customer.
- 9. Any other duties as assign from time to time.
- 10. Generation of Cross Border Freight (BRF) reports

**Job Requirements**
- Min 'O' Level
- 1 years of experience
- Computer literacy, custom regulation, cross border operation, communication skill
- 1 year experience
- Official Working Hours:
- 8:30am to 6:00pm
