- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30 am - 6.18 pm

**Key Responsibilities**
- To assist the Business Development team as their Sales Support.
- To work closely with new prospects and customers on airfreight, sea freight, cross-border trucking, and 3rd part freight enquire.
- To source rates with Airlines & Overseas Agents and overseas handling charges
- To handle daily shipping coordination of Air/ Sea/ Cross Border Land/ 3rd party shipments.
- To liaise with various parties when handling shipment (e.g., Export/ Import Dept)
- To handle daily billing advice, recoveries paperwork and circulation of forms.
