**Summary**

Perform a wide variety of office administration and inside sales support duties.

**Core Responsibilities**

1. Office Administration
- Coordination of daily office services, internal mail gathering, distribution, and posting.
- Other duties as assigned

2. Accounting Administration
- Handles petty cash, and monthly Accounts Payable
- Assist in quarterly GST reporting support
- Provides general support for Accounting, HR, and for department managers as requested (if require)

3. Inside Sales Administration support
- Prepare quotation to internal clients (training provide)
- Process orders according to the set SOP. Including raising SO, PO, DO, Invoice, CN, DN, Stock Transfer in ERP system. Ensure the order process is completed from end to end in a timely and accurate.
- File all the documents according to SOP and in order.
- Assisting sales and marketing relate matter when requested

**Experience, Education and Competencies Required**

1. Experience:

- Requires administrative office experience; at least 2 years preferred
- 1 to 2 years general Accounts Payable experience

2. Education:

- At least a Diploma holder with 2 to 3 years prior administrative job experience strongly preferred or training in general office work, AP, HR and/or inside sales admin duties is highly desirable

3. Competencies:

- Strong computer skills including expertise with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to deal with a wide variety of personality types effectively.
- Strong organizational skills, including the ability to multi-task effectively
- Data entry skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good math aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential and discreet manner

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
