**Responsibilities**:

- Identify, Acquire and manage vendors in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities in the regional area
- Gain market information and summary analysis to management
- Design logistics solutions for Key Accounts and guide them throughout the implementation stage
- Take the lead to maintain the existing customers and further extend the relationship with assigned customers
- Accomplish the mission by management to develop cross-border trade lanes
- Cope with management direction to develop multi-model volume
- Works closely with internal departments to resolve any operational issues for the customer

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Engineering, Logistics & Supply Chain, or the equivalent
- At least 3 years’ in Freight Operations and Logistics/Transportation Business involving road
- Self-starter with excellent communications and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with all levels internally, 3PLs, freight forwarders, suppliers and/or vendors
- Vendor management skills - Prior experience in driving vendor management framework and driving performance across private and public vendors
- Process improvement and Standardization mind-set
- Solid analytical skills and a strong sense of detail, plus the ability to use both in a very complex environment and on a significant cost base
- Ability to structure own work to ensure delivery on short-term tasks whilst maintaining momentum on longer-term strategic issues
- Financial, commercial, and operational acumen with knowledge of risk management with the ability to identify activities
