- Due to business expansion, our client (an established Multinational Consumer Goods company) has a new opening for a Lead Global PR Specialist reporting to Global Communications Manager based in Singapore.
- The Lead Global Public Relations Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing corporate public relations (PR) strategies, programs, plans and materials/assets for execution at the corporate and global levels. The role drives proactive and reactive PR coverage through media relations/engagement, social media, story development, corporate publicity and awareness initiatives, creating a favourable business environment for our client. The role will develop and execute impactful PR strategies and media outreach plans.
- The role covers internal and external communications, executive presence/events, CEO communications, corporate social media, public relations and reputation management, community relations, sustainability, traceability, enterprise brand management, and internal and corporate communications.**To be considered for this role**:

- You will hold a degree in Communications, marketing, PR, Public Policy or Business Administration and have at least eight years of experience in Corporate media/public relations (preferably at a global corporation) and or agency experience. Experience in a variety of industries preferred.
- Proven skills in developing and implementing public relations and issues management strategies and plans.
- Strong knowledge of public relations principles and processes.
- Media and social media savvy, conversant in traditional and digital media. Skill at building media relationships is a plus.
- Solid understanding of how reputation is measured, monitored and managed.
- Ability to work with senior management, including the judgement and maturity to deal with sensitive, confidential information,
- Strong communicator who listens well and influences effectively. Exceptional oral and written skills.
- Can communicate effectively and present complex plans to all levels of audiences.
- Effective writer, good at storytelling, with the ability to turn complex information into relevant, engaging, timely and valuable content.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent high-priority projects.
- Demonstrated success working across multiple functions, markets and cultures.
