**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies to increase brand awareness and drive foot traffic to our pubs.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, bloggers, and influencers to secure press coverage and media placements.
- Create engaging press releases, media kits, and other PR materials to communicate key messages and promote pub events, promotions, and initiatives.
- Plan and execute special events, grand openings, and media launches to generate buzz and excitement around our pubs.
- Monitor media coverage and social media mentions, and proactively address any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and management, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in PR, preferably in the hospitality or food and beverage industry.
- Proven track record of successfully executing PR campaigns and securing media coverage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling press materials and pitch stories to media outlets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with media contacts, stakeholders, and team members.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to identify PR opportunities and trends.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and PR software/tools.
