As we continue to expand our team, we are seeking a highly experienced and accomplished Public Relations Manager to play a pivotal role in leading and elevating our PR initiatives. The Public Relations Manager is a key member of the team who supports and answers to the company's directors in short-term, mid-term, and long-term strategies, execution, and growth plans, and actively upholds and maintains the corporate culture and practices of the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement overarching PR strategies in alignment with clients' business objectives.
- Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to contribute to the overall business strategy, ensuring that timelines, budgets, milestones, and deliverables are managed correctly.
- Understand the overall business objectives and establish programs that support them, including developing business pitches, plans, and strategy decks, and ensure that these are aligned with the clients’ overall objectives.
- Mitigate reputational risks and maintain agency integrity under challenging circumstances.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as a trusted advisor.
- Understand clients' industries, goals, and challenges to tailor effective PR campaigns.
- Ensure client satisfaction and retention through consistent communication and delivery of results.
- Lead media/influencer relations efforts, building and maintaining relationships with top-tier media outlets and influencers.
- Oversee the development of content and strategies that support activities, engagements and communications, such as compelling pitches, press releases, and thought leadership articles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of PR with other business functions.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the PR team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Manage the operational aspects of the PR department, ensuring efficient workflows and processes.
- Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and project timelines to meet client expectations.
- Utilise advanced monitoring tools to analyse media coverage and sentiment.
- Provide in-depth analysis and insights to clients, demonstrating the impact of PR efforts. Implement data-driven strategies to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
- **Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum five years’ experience as a Public Relations Manager or Senior Public Relations Manager.
- Extensive experience in strategic PR planning, media and influencer relations, crisis management, and managing a team.
- Proven success in developing results-driven PR strategies and campaigns.
- Strong network with key media contacts and industry influencers in the lifestyle, beauty, and fashion space.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
