**Responsibilities**:

- Marketing Strategy and Planning:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer acquisition.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify target audiences, market opportunities, and competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define marketing goals, objectives, and KPIs.
- Plan and manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.
- Digital Marketing and Social Media:

- Manage and optimize social media platforms to engage audiences, build brand loyalty, and drive traffic to digital assets.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics and provide insights to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
- Stay updated on emerging digital marketing trends and platforms to identify innovative strategies for customer engagement.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in marketing and PR roles, preferably in a managerial capacity.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing channels, and PR strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and press materials.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media management, and analytics.
- Experience in event management and sponsorships is a plus.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
