About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing & PR Manager to lead the branding, communication, and promotional strategies of our growing yoga studio chain in Singapore. This role combines strategic planning, digital marketing, PR outreach, and community engagement to build awareness, increase memberships, and position the brand as the leading yoga and wellness destination in the region.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Brand Development
- Develop and execute the overall marketing and brand strategy to drive awareness, studio traffic, and membership growth.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all customer touchpoints (digital, in-studio, partnerships, media).
- Manage brand positioning, visual identity, and tone of voice to reflect wellness, inclusivity, and modern lifestyle values.

Digital Marketing & Content
- Manage digital advertising campaigns (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.) to maximize ROI.
- Implement SEO/SEM strategies to improve online visibility and lead generation.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies based on KPIs.

Public Relations & Media Outreach
- Build strong relationships with lifestyle, wellness, and mainstream media outlets in Singapore.
- Draft press releases, pitch stories, and secure media coverage to strengthen brand reputation.
- Handle crisis communication and ensure timely, positive brand responses.
- Position the brand as a thought leader in wellness through media features, interviews, and speaking opportunities.

Community Engagement & Partnerships
- Cultivate partnerships with wellness brands, influencers, and lifestyle communities.
- Organize studio events, workshops, and collaborations to deepen community engagement.
- Develop and manage influencer and brand ambassador programs.

Customer & Market Insights
- Conduct regular market research to understand consumer trends and competitor strategies.
- Gather customer insights through surveys, feedback, and data analysis to refine campaigns.
- Use analytics tools to track performance and report on ROI, brand reach, and member acquisition.

Leadership & Team Management
- Manage a small marketing team and coordinate with external agencies/freelancers (design, PR, digital).
- Oversee marketing budget allocation and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Train studio staff on brand communication, local marketing, and customer engagement best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing/PR, ideally within fitness, wellness, hospitality, or lifestyle industries.
- Proven track record in developing integrated marketing campaigns and achieving business growth targets.
- Strong network with media, influencers, and PR contacts in Singapore.
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
- Highly organized, creative, and results-driven.
- Passionate about yoga, fitness, or wellness is a strong advantage.
