Public Relations I Full-time I Singapore **Key Responsibilities**: **Core responsibilities are**: - Develop a new division within the Company, for the specialist vertical PR under their specific industry. - Business development for the Company through the active sourcing for and engagement of potential clients, other assigned clients and partners. - Oversee the smooth running of accounts under specific practice area, acting as the first point of contact and providing tactical consultancy to clients. - Lead and develop the team for specific practice areas, and support where necessary on team expansion. - Development of launch strategies, product positioning, and creative tactical ideas for the Client to an exceptional standard to further enhance their business. - Management and development of meaningful and fulfilling relationships with clients and vendors, up to the most senior levels, on all PR and marketing issues. - Serve as the most senior person responsible for account relationships. - Ensure profitability on your accounts and manage budgets effectively. - Management and overseeing of office processes and staff management matters related to the department. **Requirements**: - Possess a recognized University degree, any field. - Relevant experience in a PR agency environment, with > 5 years of management experience. - Strong interest in developing a new wing in a PR agency. - Proven ability in leading key accounts and strong experience in an industry vertical market. - Specific practice area in Technology/Medical/ Sports/B2B PR. - Excellent capability in English to effectively communicate orally and in writing with international colleagues and clients. - Possess strong leadership and communication skills. - A self-starter, driven and motivated individual. - Currently at senior account manager levels, looking for an opportunity to the next stage in their career development. - Possess a track record of setting up or leading boutique firms in a similar capacity.
