Public Relations (PR) Manager - Pub & Entertainment Venue Position Summary: The PR Manager is responsible for building and maintaining a positive public image for the pub, managing media relations, and developing marketing strategies that attract customers and enhance the brand's reputation. This role involves planning events, collaborating with influencers, handling publicity materials, and ensuring consistent engagement with the public both online and offline.Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement PR and marketing strategies to promote the pub's image, events, and special promotions. Build strong relationships with media, influencers, and online communities to maximize publicity opportunities. Coordinate and manage promotional events, press releases, and social media campaigns. Work closely with the marketing team to create engaging content (photos, videos, stories) for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms. Manage customer engagement and respond to online reviews, comments, and messages professionally. Prepare media kits, marketing materials, and sponsorship proposals when needed. Monitor brand mentions, public feedback, and competitor activities. Represent the pub during public events, collaborations, or community activities. Handle crisis communications and ensure consistent brand messaging. Report to management on PR performance and campaign results. Requirements: Proven experience as a PR Manager , Marketing Executive , or similar role in nightlife, hospitality, or F&B industry. Strong media relations and social media marketing skills. Excellent communication, writing, and presentation abilities. Creative mindset with strong event planning and coordination skills. Confident, outgoing personality with a professional appearance suitable for public and VIP interactions. Familiar with local nightlife trends and target audience preferences. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and during events. Diploma or degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred. Working Hours: 5.5 to 6 days work week Evening and weekend availability required (based on event schedule)
