Being one of the top 10 flavours and fragrance companies in the world, our client is a reputable business that constantly deliver quality products to customers. They are currently looking for a newly added headcount, Global Category Team Lead - Natural Ingredients, to make strategic plans for direct procurement.

**Responsibilities**:

- To lead the implementation of procurement systems and supporting tools to ensure a sustainable and effective category management
- To source and manage list of suppliers
- To plan strategies to drive cost savings and while ensuring efficient practices
- To collaborate with other Category team leads to implements best business partnership

**Requirements**:

- 9+ years of experience in Procurement, Raw material/ Naturals Sourcing is a highly preferred
- High proficiency of procurement related software & MS Office Suite
- Demonstrate the ability to make strategic plan
- Demonstrate traceable record of procurement achievement
- Great communication skills/ analytical skills/ team spirit
