We are currently expanding and seeking a highly skilled and experienced strategic PR Manager to join our team and lead our public relations efforts, enhance our client’s brand image, and cultivate positive relationships with the media and clients.

As the PR Manager at COCO PR, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive public relations strategy that elevates our brand, manages our reputation, and effectively communicates our key messages to the public. You will lead media relations, managing the account servicing team and client engagement initiatives. This position provides a fantastic opportunity for an energetic and organised individual to work on high-profile client accounts and foster relationships with media and stakeholders.

Our responsibilities will be to feed into client strategies and manage a team to effectively deliver excellent results for clients. The PR Account Manager would also be involved in pitching and driving new business growth through scaling existing client accounts.
- Bring your extensive agency background and experience managing multiple clients to effectively handle client portfolios.
- Take the lead in guiding and motivating a team towards achieving success.
- Thrive in high-pressure situations, delivering efficient and productive work. Display interest and preferably have experience in editorial work.
- Assisting the Managing Director in developing workflow strategies and implementing successful PR campaigns.
- Ability to front the agency and handle day-to-day client requirements directly
- Organizes, generates and disseminates reports (work-in-progress / contact reports / budgetary), billing and cost estimates
- Driving growth within the PR team and collaborating with cross-functional business units to achieve collective goals.
- Overseeing the overall account servicing team, offering strategic counsel, and providing support to ensure overall client satisfaction
