**Job Description**:
**Job Scope & Responsibilities**:As a Marketing Intern, you will be assisting in managing both internal and external events. Your role will include, but is not limited to:

- Support in event partnerships
- Research and identify reputable industry events across the APAC region that align with our brand’s goals and marketing strategy.
- Draft and follow up on partnership invitations.
- Support the drafting partnership agreements for reviews
- Assist with event listing on internal platforms, and marketing collateral. Ensure accurate and timely information is updated.
- Event Management Support:

- Provide administrative assistance for company organised events, including coordination with various teams, logistics, and communication with event partners.
- General Administrative Support:

- Assist in managing and organizing event-related documentation, reports, and scheduling meetings as required.

**What You Will Learn**:This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event management, marketing operations, and partnership coordination. You will have the chance to:

- Gain exposure to marketing operations and event management across multiple APAC markets.
- Develop key skills in communication, organization, and event coordination.
- Build a strong understanding of partnership strategies.
- Educational Background:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Skills & Experience:

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Prior experience in event management or marketing internships is a plus, but not required.
- Personal Attributes:

- Passionate and proactive with a keen interest in event management and marketing operations.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Flexible, responsive, and adaptable to a fast-paced working environment.
- Team player with a positive and collaborative attitude.
