Headquarter in Los Angeles, Hooplife has business operation in Northern America, China and Southeast Asia as exclusive distributor of brands from Primavera, Reckitt, Unilever and Pfizer companies.

**Your missions**:
As the first employee of Hooplife Singapore: H&L Wellness PTE.LDT, you will be senior sales & marketing manager with **dual-competence both in marketing and in business development **with international exposure **. This role is based in Singapore, connecting international brand companies from Australia, Europe, United States to Southeast Asia markets.

**Your tasks：**

As part of Core Business Team, you will be responsible for Southeast Asia market scale-up both in eCommerce and in-store channels, by consistently building and enhancing strong client partnership and customer engagement.
- Lead and execute country, channel and customer strategies, in line with the overall business strategy, regional business plans and targets and in collaboration with the wider cross functional teams (US HQ and China/HK teams).
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with strategic stakeholders; win the heart and soul of our brand clients and distributors with effective marketing and sales plan both in eCommerce and in-store channels.
- Develop and maintain strong level of knowledge and understanding of market trends and competitor activity.
- Manage sales team and build synergy to grow our Southeast Asia business.

**Qualifications**
- Min. 10 years of relevant experience in marketing and business development
- Min. 5 years of multi-cultural team management experience
- Must to have international work experience in China, SEA countries and European countries
- Track record of successfully business development by upselling and building strong relationships
- Must be fluent in Chinese and in English. Speaking French, German, Spanish is a plus
- Good presentation communication & Inter-personal skills. Technical skill such as Adobe-illustrator/photoshop is a plus
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
- A fired-up individual with entrepreneurial zeal and an ability to deal with the uncertain
