Job Description The Senior Manager, Sales is part of the Sales Team, focusing on achieving sales targets, increasing revenue, and expanding market share for a portfolio of over 10 serviced residences in Singapore. He or she will report to the Cluster Director, Sales. Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives Maintain existing business accounts and develop new accounts through innovative sales and marketing programs Negotiate contracts with major corporate clients Conduct sales presentations to prospective clients Represent Ascott at promotional events and trade shows Coordinate with Revenue Management and Global Sales functions Conduct market analysis and benchmarking Job Requirements The candidate should possess the following: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry Proficient in English, both spoken and written Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel Confident, organized, and capable of developing people Outgoing personality with a positive attitude Independent yet a strong team player Analytical and negotiation skills Willingness to learn and adapt More experienced candidates may be considered for the Assistant Director, Sales role Benefits Flexible benefits with comprehensive medical coverage for self and family Training and development opportunities Subsidized rates at Ascott serviced residences Support for staff volunteerism Wellness programs Closing Statement At CapitaLand, we promote fair employment practices, recruiting based on merit and alignment with our values.
