**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Build relationships with universities, colleges, and other educational institutions to recruit interns, graduates, and entry-level talent
- Delegate tasks, assign priorities, and monitor performance to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in recruitment activities
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages innovation, continuous learning, and professional development
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, including applicant tracking, interview notes, and hiring decisions

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, techniques, and tools, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Leadership abilities, with a track record of effectively managing teams and driving results in a fast-paced environment
