Apac Mid-market Account Executive

**We are hiring our first Mid-Market Account Executive in Singapore** who will play a massive role in Gong’s growth. As the first boots-on-the-ground Account Executive for APAC, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and expanding existing business. We are looking for a builder who is excited to break into a new market, run your territory & help write the regional playbook.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Manage prospects from lead to close.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Provide timely and accurate forecasts while managing a pipeline.
- Partnering with International teams based largely in the US / EMEA to ensure the voice of the region and its customers are being heard.
- Clearly articulate and demonstrate our value proposition, creating excitement and enthusiasm among prospects.
- Cultivate lasting relationships with customers.
- Comfortable and energized operating and problem-solving in a fast-moving organization, working inbound and outbound opportunities across a range of industries and company size.
- Exceed Quota.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- 5-7 years of relevant work/closing experience.
- Track record of overachieving revenue targets
- Previous SaaS and enterprise software experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; professional fluency in English.
- Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented & well-organized.
- A strong team player but still a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
- Available & have a working visa to work in Singapore.

- Passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences.
- Experienced in selling transformation/visionary solutions, especially where there isn't an obvious budget (demand creation vs. fulfillment).
- Comfortable leading technical presentation/demo and owning full customer lifecycle from prospect to close.
- Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented & well-organized.
- A team player with high integrity and grit.
- An advocate for the region focusing on what you can control in order to ensure you and Gong are successful.
