Department: Regional Marketing and Communications Department

Report to: Regional Marketing and Communications Manager

Functional Relationships with:
Internal
(ASEAN, India): Strategic Planning, Product Marketing, Sales & Distribution Teams (ASEAN, India),
(Japan, US, Europe, China, etc.): Global Marketing and Communication Team
External
Global (Web) Distributors, Research Companies, System Vendors, etc.

**POSITION PROFILE**:
Based in: Singapore (*may be required to travel to ASEAN and India region for event support)

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for marketing campaigns and content strategy - writing, editing, designing and developing content for the needs of digital campaigns.
- Work closely with Digital Marketing team to ensure content produced is aligned with overall goals of the planned digital marketing campaigns.
- Analyze market and identify target audience.
- Set strategic objectives and plan actions.
- Create relevant content and optimize it before publication.
- Distribute content through the right channels.
- Analyze performance and improve strategy.
- Communicate closely with Product, Sales, and Planning in India and ASEAN region.
- Have a clear understanding of the targeted audience and create the right content that can satisfy intents at different stages of their journey.
- Designing and implementing overall content marketing strategy.
- Provide consultancy on how businesses can use content marketing to increase traffic and sales.

**Ability / Competency Required**:

- A tertiary degree, majoring in design and/or marketing/ mass communication/ journalism.
- Above 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing/ Statistics/ Marketing/ UX/ Content Designing.
- Strong analytical, and technical skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A combination of writing, storytelling and strategizing skills to create and manage marketing projects that resonate with an audience.
- Positive and independent - able to conceptualize, design and maintain marketing contents with minimum supervision.
- Ability to facilitate all aspects of content creation (*including design and content writing)
- Advanced-level Proficiency in Adobe creative software (e.g. Photoshop, In-design, Illustrator, Premiere, etc.) is preferred
- Knowledge in electronic market/ electronics engineering background will be advantageous
- Strong knowledge in UX/UI
- Mixed bag of skills and can fit in many content marketing shoes - Creative and effective storyteller that can drive targeted traffic to intended channels.
- Project and team management experience; Good meeting facilitation skill
- Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills (*required to work with all levels, cross-functional teams, world widely)
