**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the sales efforts for our newly established Solder and Tin Chemical Division, driving initial market entry and growth.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, including manufacturers, distributors, and key decision-makers in the industry.
- Identify market opportunities, trends, and customer needs to shape the product offering and sales approach.
- Work closely with the technical and product development teams to ensure the products meet customer specifications and requirements.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network, promote the division, and establish brand recognition.
- Provide leadership in creating sales materials, presentations, and product information to effectively communicate the value of our solder and tin chemicals.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and metrics to track progress and inform strategic decision-making.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in chemical sales, ideally with a focus on solder, tin, or other related industrial chemicals.
- Strong understanding of the electronics, soldering, and tin plating processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment and contribute to the growth of a new business unit.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and meet ambitious sales targets.
- Willingness to travel as required to build relationships and promote the new division.

Pay: $2,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
