Partnership & Customer Success Manager

We are now looking for a new colleague in the position of Partnership & Customer Success Manager to join one of our entities, Telenor Global Services Singapore Pte Ltd.
**Position: Partnership & Customer Success Manager
- You will have the following responsibilities: _
- Support the Company in establishing and driving the Partnership and Customer Success agenda, focusing on Mobile Network Operators in APAC and Global Partners located in Singapore.
- Ensure close alignment between the Software and Telco Services teams in the Company.
- Be Key Point of Contact and project manager for the software portfolio of services delivered by the Company.
- Play a key role in the Company to secure continued delivery of services to new merged companies, supporting pre-sales, alignments and requirements, and coordinating this with the product teams based out of Europe.
- Play a key role to establish relationships and drive strategic partnerships and projects with our Digital Partners located in the region, to further enhance the services we deliver to the entire Telenor Footprint and beyond.
- We think you have the following qualifications and skills: _
- Experience from working with onboarding of MNOs and partners to the Millom platform, TLX Direct Carrier Billing platform
- Strong track record of delivering results and driving projects end-to-end
- Knowledge about international SMS A2P
- Experience from using GBEAT and Metabase for performance analytics
- Excellent communication skills
