Now we are looking for a Partnership Customer Success Manager who will build, keep and improve strong connections with our partners and customers. What You Will Be Doing Managing customers on all levels: technical, business, and product and help them succeed in their goals. Managing and growing relationship with Key Client (stakeholders). Identifying opportunities and potential challenges. Ensuring partner satisfaction through proactive engagement and regular check-ins. Introducing clients to the new features and handling new feature releases. Providing client feedback internally.
