The Global Finance & Technology Network (GFTN) is a not-for-profit organisation established by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) in 2024. Its mission is to harness technology and foster innovation to build more efficient, resilient, and inclusive financial ecosystems through global partnerships. GFTN organises convening forums, provides advisory services on innovation ecosystems, offers access to transformative digital platforms, and invests in technology start-ups with growth potential and a positive social impact through its venture fund.
We are looking for a motivated, organised individual to join the Customer Success team and be an important part of GFTN’s commercial process.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Customer Success Manager to support our sales and client engagement initiatives, with a particular focus on the India market. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys cross-functional collaboration, and is passionate about building relationships and driving outcomes for customers.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Drive sales and engagement initiatives for regional forums and related events, including job fairs and capacity-building programs.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline targeting the India market, ensuring consistent outreach and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support sales operations and fulfilment activities.
- Work closely with marketing and customer success teams to track performance metrics, contribute to dashboard reporting, and ensure alignment across campaigns and outreach efforts.
- Provide support on ad-hoc sales initiatives and strategic projects as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a sales support role, preferably with regional or market-specific responsibilities.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales dashboards is a plus.
- Experience in events, job fairs, or talent-related forums is an advantage.
