Cord Lining Stem Cells. Its subsidiary, CellResearch Consumer Health Pte. Ltd., (CRCH) is a

leader in Stem Cell Skincare.

CRCH is a fast-growing business with 2 cosmetic brands (CALECIM® & Sollagen) sold

through multiple channels. At CRCH we harness our parent company's stem cell technology,

which is currently being applied to potentially life-saving therapies, to create highly efficacious

skincare products.

Sollagen is a newly created diabetic skincare line, brought about by compelling clinical data

showing its effectiveness to assist patients suffering from diabetes-related skin concerns, such

as Diabetic Foot Ulcers (DFUs). The products are intended for full omnichannel distribution through hospitals, clinics, pharmacies as well as online.

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Business Development to join our

team and drive the growth of our company. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying

and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key clients and partners,

and leading the development of Sollagen’s go-to-market strategy.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive

growth. Market access and revenue for Sollagen
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Work closely with other departments, including sales, marketing, and product

development, to ensure alignment and success in executing the business

development strategy
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to ensure that Sollagen

remains at the forefront of innovation

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in business development, with a proven track record of success

in securing new business opportunities and driving growth
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading and mentoring a

team of business development professionals
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong

relationships with key stakeholders
- Deep understanding of the healthcare industry and the ability to stay up-to-date with

industry trends and technologies
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute a comprehensive business

development strategy
