Job Overview:
Curate Kitchen Pte Ltd is one of the leading F&B companies. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our F&B team. The Head of Business Development is a key executive role within a company, responsible for driving growth and expanding business opportunities. This person typically oversees the development of strategic partnerships, identifies new markets, and explores ways to increase revenue. He/She often work closely with other departments such as sales, marketing, and product development to align business strategies and ensure cohesive execution.
Here are the key responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement long-term strategies to drive growth and achieve business objectives.
2. Market Research: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
3. Partnerships and Alliances: Establish and manage relationships with key partners, clients, and stakeholders to foster collaboration and drive mutual growth.
4. Sales and Revenue Growth: Work with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing revenue and expanding the company’s customer base.
5. Product Development: Collaborate with product development teams to ensure offerings align with market demands and business goals.
6. Negotiation and Deal-Making: Lead negotiations for contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
7. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of business development professionals, setting goals and providing guidance to achieve targets.
8. Reporting and Analysis: Track and analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of business development strategies and make data-driven decisions.
9. Networking: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build the company’s presence and reputation.
10. Budget Management: Oversee the business development budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to support growth initiatives.
