OperationsManager for a new large-scale National Healthcare IT System
**Roles & Responsibilitiesas Operations Manager**
1. A well-rounder for allmatters relating to system operations management
- Accountable for looking after 2nd and 3rd level support for a newly implemented large scale national system
- Responsible for timely production issue triaging, investigation, resolution, and providing timely and concise updates to source systems
- Ensure compliance to both internal and external SLAs
- Manage team’s support schedule to ensure full coverage of system operation services, as well as coaching team members to deliver consistent support service quality
- Provide strong leadership for all matters relating to operations support, processes, and guidelines to achieve service excellence
- Advise improvements and assist in the development of measurable information and SOP / knowledge base / repository / dashboards to assure continued effectiveness of system operations
- Communicate and provide relevant, timely and credible information to allow management address identified IT risks, formulate appropriate risk treatment plans to meet business objectives.
**Specific Requirement/Skillsets**
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,Management of Information Systems, or related discipline
- Solution driven, able to react quickly and resolveissues promptly
- Self-motivated and able to take the lead to work quicklyand independently
- Capacity to perform under pressure to handle difficultsituations and issues swiftly
- Preferably with AWS, DevOps,.NET experience
- Experience in Healthcare domain is anadded advantage
