**HR Operations - Client Relationship Manager**

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**

If you have a passion for working with many stakeholders, across the globe and business divisions, being part of an international team, and being responsible for a country or cluster of clients with capability to turn ambiguity of multiple moving parts into a coherent story, then the Client Relationship Management (CRM) role is for you. The CRM prides themselves on delivering a world class service to their client group representing the Human Resources
- HR Operations Organization.

You would report directly to the Client Relationship Management Lead and you will have responsibility in 3 key areas of focus:

- 1 - Evolution of the HR Operating Model including Regional HR Ops Priorities - Working with your HR partners, as well as People managers and employees, to evolve ways of working across your area of responsibility and to drive the evolution of the HR Operating Model. You will also work closely with your Regional CRM team to share best practice and be able to tap into a regional and global CRM network.
- You will be also utilizing insights & intelligent data to deliver results & measure success driving continuous improvement.
- 2 - Pull through of the Global and Regional Portfolio of HR programs and initiatives - As CRM you will not only lead the 2 way feedback communication and implementation in your markets/clusters regarding all Global HR Portfolio initiatives, but will also have responsibility for 1 or more Global HR Portfolio initiatives per year as the regional owner working as a lead and providing guidance and leadership to the CRMs as well working with the global team.
- 3- Org. Readiness - Lead local/cluster organizational readiness activities for both the Global HR Portfolio Implementation and the continuous evolution of the HR Operating Model. You will work with HR & key stakeholders to co-create change management and adoption strategies that address market needs.

**WHAT YOU MUST HAVE**

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Required: _Bachelor’s Degree_
- Minimum Experience Required/Preferred_
- Prior experience /demonstrated business success working in the area of client management.
- 3- 5 years in Human Resources role
- 5+ years of progressive work experience in the development and implementation of innovative change management and communications strategies
- Skills/Knowledge Required/Preferred_
- Strong Office 365 skills including but not limited to Power Point, Excel & MS One Note
- Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization as you would be expected to communicate across multiple global geographies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills including relationship building & maintaining.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven, focused on using metrics to define strategy and assess the effectiveness of initiatives and services with attention to detail and follow up.
- Strong teamwork ethic, to be able to work closely with fellow CRMs in a remote regional team and being able to demonstrate strong collaboration, inclusive behaviours and a passion for the work that you do.
- Problem solving and root cause identification skills.
- Familiarity with project management approaches and tools
- demonstrated ability to put together project plans and execute effectively.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global organization.
- Listening & comprehension skills.
- Orientation toward Innovation & Creativity.
