**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, align, approve, execute, measure, and enhance marketing initiatives within each country to meet sales targets, align with overall business objectives, and adhere to long-term strategy.
- Supervise and lead regional marketing activities, encompassing trade marketing, loyalty programs, online/offline campaigns, sales collateral creation, and promotional events, utilizing subordinates, commercial & agronomy staff, and distributors.
- Continuously develop and manage knowledge of regional customer base, including segments, profiles, purchasing behaviors, and preferences.
- Monitor competitor marketing strategies to ensure differentiation and efficiency, while identifying and addressing emerging external trends that impact business relevance.
- Oversee, guide, and evaluate marketing efforts of official distributors, including joint promotional campaigns and associated budget planning.
- Collaborate with agronomy teams to ensure marketing strategies align with regional crop and product value propositions.
- Provide direction for agronomy support in defining priority crop segments and conducting scientific/commercial trials.
- Equip regional commercial teams with necessary marketing materials and coordinate packaging design processes.
- Assist in developing the regional product brand portfolio, managing trademarks, and implementing anti-counterfeit measures.
- Functionally report to Head of Marketing & Communications, with annual goal setting, activities, and budget planning, and engage in operational exchanges & coordination meetings at least twice per month.
- Contribute to annual setting of agronomy trial plans and collaborate with regional agronomy teams to maximize commercial value extracted from agronomy activities.

- Minimum 8 years of working experience in Marketing, with at least 4 years of relevant experience of coordinating distributor marketing activities.
- Strong understanding of mineral fertilizers across standard and premium segments, as well as the wider agricultural market and farming industry.
