**Head of Marketing**

Nutrition Asia Group is seeking a Head of Marketing to chart the path forward for our

represent the company in all marketing conversations with our brands and partners

and advise management in marketing strategies that will help drive sales forward.

The role will sit across all markets and verticals including retail, B to B and, digital

and e-commerce. The Head of Marketing will build and lead a team of marketers and

report to the General Manager of the market.

**Core Job Responsibilities **
- Ideate the marketing strategy for the region
- Ensure sales goals are supported by the wider marketing strategy
- Be the point person for all brand related marketing endeavours, building solid relationships with brand based marketing teams
- Work with internal cross functional teams
- Understand and develop offline and online marketing goals for each business
- unit and help build a marketing structure ( internal and external ) to support these
- Set marketing KPIs and ensure the delivery of these goals
- Regularly present KPIs and related analysis to the management team
- Be able to justify and build arguments for marketing budgets
- Mentor marketing team members

**Qualifications/Experience**
- Demonstrable experience in marketing strategy and execution
- Top-notch relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with a mix of autonomy and team directed activities
- Works well under pressure
- Self-motivated and dynamic
