Head of Marketing

The Head of Marketing & Communications (MarComms) will be responsible for leading the communications, branding and membership marketing function.
We are looking for an individual with a passion for accountancy and professional services for the following:
- Lead the Marketing and Communications team that supports ISCA’s communications, branding and membership marketing initiatives.
- Conceptualise and translate ISCA’s communications and membership marketing strategy plans through a deep understanding of ISCA’s strategic priorities and objectives and the needs of the accountancy profession.
- Build networks with internal and external stakeholders and partners to facilitate communications and branding engagement and plans.
- Cultivate media relations to reinforce ISCA’s publicity strategy.
- Manage ISCA branding and membership growth marketing campaigns across different membership categories, monitor outcomes and evaluate effectiveness.
- Plan and manage member retention initiatives.
- Responsible for department’s budget, management reporting and secretariat duties for relevant committees.
**Key requirements**:
- At least 10 years of experience in corporate communications and marketing.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Inter-personal savvy and adept at building relationships with different stakeholders.
- Demonstrated potential to lead a team and work with peers.
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail, with a proven ability to manage multiple and competing priorities simultaneously.
- A strong network of media and PR contacts would be highly advantageous.
