
Administrative Manager

We are seeking a perceptive and creative Administrative Manager to oversee office operations and lead the administrative staff. The Administrative Manager will be responsible for hiring, training, and evaluating team members, as well as developing, reviewing, and improving policies, systems, and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient office functioning.
Responsibilities of the Administrative Manager:
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the administrative department and its staff.
- Hire, train, evaluate, and provide corrective action when necessary for employees.
- Develop, review, and improve administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure the office is well-stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is maintained and functional.
- Collaborate with the accounting and management teams to set budgets, monitor expenses, process payroll, and manage other financial matters.
- Plan, schedule, and promote office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
- Collect, organize, and manage information using computer systems and filing methods.
- Oversee special projects and track progress toward company goals.
- Continuously enhance skills through engagement in educational opportunities.
Requirements for the Administrative Manager:
- Minimumly a post graduate in business administration, management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a related field, preferably in management or financial reporting.
- Exceptional leadership skills and ability to manage time, tasks, and resources effectively.
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers, particularly in MS Office.
- Capability to plan and track multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Familiarity with budget planning, enforcement, human resources, and customer service procedures.
- Willingness to continuously develop skills through educational opportunities.
