Our client is a well-known Japanese consumer electronics company, and they are currently looking for a Receptionist & Admin Assistant urgently
【What will you be working on】
- Handles all telephone inquiries promptly in a professional and courteous manner, assisting the callers by directing their call to the appropriate person(s), answering general inquiries take, and relaying messages.
- Greet and attend to incoming visitors pleasantly and professionally.
- Management of Reception and meeting room areas, which include but are not limited to the cleanliness of the meeting rooms and main front reception area is kept free of clutter and presentable for visitors and switching on and off of all company products placed at the main reception areas for display purposes.
- Management of incoming and outgoing mail and parcel processes.
- Coordinating with various vendors on office facilities wear and tear issues and office equipment repair and maintenance issues.
- Office Administration
a. Management and procurement of office stationery, form printing and pantry supplies’ inventory and to ensure timely replenishment when stock runs low;
b. Issue purchase requisition for the purchase of goods and services for the administration department.
c. Checking of invoices received from administration department vendors.
d. Coordination of Name Card printing for all employees;
e. Management of office meeting rooms bookings; and
f. Provide support and/or coordination for company event(s) and project(s), i.e. safe management initiative, etc.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the HR Manager.
- ** Requirement**:

- Possessed a minimum GCE O Level or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a receptionist, front desk, and customer service is preferred.
- Mandarin speaking is essential in order to liaise with Mandarin counterparts
- Amiable and endearing personality with a pleasant disposition.
- Good team player and customer-oriented.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- ** Working Hour**: 8:30 ~ 17:30
