**Summary**
- We are hiring a Team Manager, Regional Quotation role, based in Singapore.- The role will provide technical leadership and direction for projects in the quotation phase. The role will also deliver the required quotation services within the given time, while ensuring compliance with Bühler related directives and EHS standards.**Responsibilities**:

- Focus on handling complex and high-risk projects
- Technical and commercial responsibility for quotations
- To elaborate technical and commercial analysis of customer requirements in alignment with the sales manager
- Supports and advise Quotation Engineers in all technical belongings whilst ensuring that the proposals will meet the customers expectation
- Manage the allocated scope of work to achieve the quotation goals and objectives
- Development of the technical concept in collaboration with sales, technology, engineering and commercial services
- Preparation of layouts, project schedules and DOW (Division of Work) document
- Development of standard solutions
- Support on handling new business segments
- Support to quotation persons in other regions and Business Areas
- Ensure timely response on technical issues internally
- To sign correspondence and offers as stated in OCD framework
- In charge to discuss and agree on technical topics during customer negotiations
- Presentation of the offer and technical concept during customer meetings
- Technical support in regards of subcontracts like M&E contracts or third party suppliers

**Qualifications**
- CAD (AutoCAD 3-D) basic knowledge
- Minimum 5 years as Lead Quotation Engineer or proof of sufficient skills
- Strong planning, organizing and priority setting skills
- Technical and commercial knowledge covering multiple disciplines
- Sound judgment and decision-making skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work internationally
- Ability to work in a matrix organization
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to interface effectively with people inside and outside of the company
- Willingness to travel
- Comfortable working on multiple projects at one time. Able to plan and organize work to meet project dates and objectives
- Knowledge in establishing 3rd party quotes in and across SEA SAS.
- Sound knowledge in Inco terms, commercial knowledge etc.
- Flexibility and Multitasking.
- Ability to manage diverse team across the region. Knowledge in SAP, Navis works, Time scheduling, Automation related topics are added advantage.
