Work with both internal and external stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements and drive planning, development, testing and implementation of the systems.
- Drive regular review and support implementation of HR systems updates and patches when required. This includes the evaluation of ongoing half-yearly SuccessFactors releases and ad-hoc changes for KSL Group.
- Lead the team in the active management and configuration of all modules of SAP SuccessFactors i.e. EC, PMGM, SP/CDP.
- Provide level 2 technical assistance & guidance to HR colleagues on SAP SuccessFactors through active engagement with the SuccessFactors community, SAP and SAP partners/vendors to maintain & constantly improve the system to support the organization's strategy and needs.
- Identify opportunities for automation within all aspects of HR processes.
- Provide support for HR SharePoint maintenance and enhancements.
- Lead the team in the development & deployment of RPA, MS Power Apps for HR.
- Lead the team in the development & deployment of people dashboards to provide actionable insights for KSL leaders and preparing reporting and analysis on HR data.
- Explore and implement new technologies relevant for the future of work by collaborating effectively with colleagues across functions as well as external vendors to drive operational efficiency using technology.
- Streamline business processes, system notifications, and reports to align with HR's service delivery goals including onboarding, compensation, performance appraisals, Manager Self Service & Employee Self Service.
- Collaborate with Group HR colleagues to define & establish processes to ensure employee records in HR systems are:
- Maintained based on policies/procedures & specific regulatory guidelines
- Complete, timely including new hires, promotions, terminations & any status changes in employee records
- 100% accurate at all times
- Participate in and/or contribute to third-party system implementation projects such as outsourced payroll, etc
- Stay updated in trends in HRIS.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Technology, Business or similar discipline
- Have at least 8-10 years’ relevant experience with a mínimal of 2 years in a managerial role
- Have a a proven background in managing HRIS for multi-country large enterprise & with a keen understanding of best practices
- Experience in managing SharePoint, RPA, MS Power Platform
- Experience in vendor management
- Experience in managing and configuring SAP SuccessFactors as a system admin
- SFX certifications in relevant SAP SuccessFactors modules advantageous
