**RESPONSIBILITIES**

This role reports to Lead, HRIS & Projects which looks after several HR systems, the key ones being SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Payroll, Recruiting, Time & Attendance, and Document Management platforms. You shall be involved in planning, designing, and implementing system projects as well as supporting all HRIS related systems in matters relating system integrations, issue resolution, change requests, BAU requests (e.g., mass changes) and testing. As a self-driven individual who is resourceful and analytical, you are expected to take ownership of HRIS support across HR systems.

**Primary Duties**:

- Lead / support end-to-end project cycle activities, such as requirements gathering, prototype, testing, data migration, training, go-live and post-production support
- Work with users, IT and/or vendors to ensure user requirements are met satisfactorily and project is delivered within timeline and scope
- Ideate, explore, and recommend creative, robust, and scalable solutions aim to streamline and simplify processes, and improve productivity with the use of technologies and tools (e.g. RPA and Google Apps Script)
- Train power users, business users, and end users, as needed
- Maintain foundation objects and configurations across HR systems
- Analyse, troubleshoot, and rectify issues raised to HRIS team
- Solve problems at root cause
- Develop and maintain SOPs
- Ensure requests and incidents are addressed and closed within agreed SLAs
- Support any other work as assigned

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor dgree in Information technology or any related discipline
- At least 5 years of HRIS experience at the end-user environment
- At least 3 years of Project Management experience relating to HRIS
- At least 3 years in supporting SAP SuccessFactors in Employee Central, Time-off, PMGM, Learning, CPI & Report Centre
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in maintaining SF Foundation objects, Reports, Mass Changes, etc.
- Good to have knowledge in
- HCI (Middleware between SF and On-Premise Payroll)
- Creating and tracing of business rules
- Supporting/Creating Custom MDFs
- Roles based permissions
- Good knowledge and understanding of HR practices and processes including payroll
- Possesses and displays good verbal, written communication, presentation, interpersonal skill, and ability to influence stakeholders and partners across vendors and team
- Meticulous and independent worker
- Ability to multi-task and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Self-driven, analytical, resourceful and possess great problem-solving skills
