Singapore Consumers' Association of Singapore (CASE) Full time

**Job Description**:
CaseTrust is the trust mark given by CASE to recognise businesses who are committed to fair trading and transparency to consumers. These organisations would have to undergo an assessment process before they become accredited with the CaseTrust mark.

CaseTrust Executives are part of the dynamic team that works closely with consumers and businesses to promote a consumer-friendly environment.

**Responsibilities
You may specialise in some of the following:
**Business Development**

**Marketing & Communication**
- Develop collaterals such as EDMs to invite companies for accreditation.
- Develop and coordinate marketing and outreach campaigns.

**Stakeholder Engagement**
- Assist in assessing market opportunities and execute outreach to companies, trade partners and government agencies.
- Build strong relationship with accredited organisations, trade partners and government agencies.

**Accreditation **Management**
- Liaise with accredited businesses on their assessment matters.

**Others**
- Provide secretarial support such as minutes writing and collation of reports.
- Lead or participate in CASE wide initiatives.
- Undertake other duties assigned by supervisor to achieve CASE outcomes.

**Requirements**:
You should possess:

- A good university degree or diploma in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business or relevant discipline.
- With 2-3 years’ experience in industry development, marketing or compliance is preferred.
- A keen interest to grow the base of companies that are deserving to carry the CaseTrust mark.
- A self-starter, who is driven and enjoy meeting people.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- With strong communication, presentation, copywriting and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of a second language is advantageous.
- For Business Development, resourceful with proven track record of expanding clientele base in B2C sectors such as retail, renovation and car trade.
- For Marketing & Communication, knowledge in website editing skills such as HTML, image/video editing skills or data analytics such as Power BI and will be an added advantage
