We're on a search for a People Partner, Senior with the following attributes:

- **Communication Skills**: _You are able to make requests, ask questions, understand instructions, give direction and relay information with clarity and conciseness, regardless of format e.g. written or spoken._
- **Problem Solving**:_You can easily identify and solve complex problems in a methodological manner._
- **Interpersonal Savviness**: _You can build rapport with people from all teams and seniority within the company and can diffuse high-tension situations comfortably._
- **Ownership**:_You take responsibility for your work and personal actions, and always follow through on commitments and decisions agreed upon. You recognise the impact of one's behaviour and are ready to learn from mistakes._
- **Resourcefulness**:_You are all about getting things done, be it something new or something better, in the face of obstacles and constraints with full consideration of the resources you have at hand._

**What's in it for you**:

- Act as the first point of contact for employees' queries about anything and everything related to people practices and policies.
- Involve in employees' exit and off-boarding management
- Establish oneself as a pillar of support to our employees throughout their employment life cycle
- Responsible for employee engagement activities including but not limited to Planning and administrating people programmes, benefits and initiatives, including employee benefit and welfare programmes, fun at work activities, pulse surveys, hybrid work assimilation
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of employee and people data on all platforms / systems

**You will be a great match if you**:

- Bring along 4 to 6 years of combined experience in the following areas: Employee lifecycle management, employee engagement, HR operations, Business partnering
- Are passionate about working with People and helping them achieve their goals
- Highly motivated, very collaborative personal approach and great interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and an indomitable hunger to learn new things
- Enjoy working in a high-performance environment where we play as hard as we work
- Possess a Masters' Degree in Human Resources Management will be an added advantage
