**Senior Associate - People Operations APAC**

The role of People Operations Senior Associate is to contribute to the success of the People Operations team by providing excellent employee experience and enabling our key stakeholders.
- Act as employee first point of contact for HR queries and responsible for the delivery of daily people operational matters including but not limited to HR case management and resolution.
- Responsible for employee life cycle management such as new hire onboarding, update employee records in Workday, employee benefits enrolment, personal information and changes, offboarding, data management and government reporting.
- Assist employees and managers on how to utilize and optimize self-service transactions using internal tools and resources.
- Coordinate and partner with People Operational key stakeholders and Center of Excellence [‘CoE’] (such as Benefit Administration, Payroll, Talent Acquisition and other teams) in the HR delivery and execution.
- Ensure data integrity in Workday or other HR systems
- Support and drive local as well as regional projects and initiatives which requires excellent coordination skills, project managing and collaboration skills
- Meet or exceed the established service level agreements (SLA) and Key Performance Index (KPI). Take steps to ensure work is compliant to Company’s standards.
- Recommend, interpret, and/or implement company and internal administrative policies and procedures.
- Make program/process improvement recommendations.
- Utilize metrics for improved business outcomes.
- Perform other tasks in People Operations as assigned by the superior or manager.

**Skills Required**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Possess 4-6 years of HR experience, particularly in the areas of HR operations, HR case management or employee services
- Experience in a shared service environment is a plus
- Experience in managing regional HR or multiple countries will be high preferred
- Experience in OE projects and managing HRIS systems, especially Workday
