Primary Responsibilities for HR Executive
A. HR Admin Duties
- Source, screen and interview applicants in line with requirements prior to submitting resumes to the hiring in-charge
- Administer staff confirmation and facilitate the performance evaluation process
- Constantly update and enhance HR capabilities with the latest information
- Organize orientation program for new hire and related development programme such as onboarding and offboarding
- Involve in planning employee’s training and development programme in achieving Company’s strategies & goals
- Keep track of employee’s essential certification and send for training if required
- Handle employees’ HR related queries and disciplinary matters
- Undertake any HR initiative and ad-hoc projects as assigned by HR Manager
B. Operational Admin Duties
- Liaise with external vendors for relevant partnership or account opening
- Ensure that admin duties is completed according to the project timeline
- Filing and ensure proper documentation of all paperwork
- Any other duties as assigned
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in HR/Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 years of working HR experience in a construction field/Service field would be an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Familiar in using WHYZE HR payroll system would be an advantage
- Detailed oriented and able to multi-tasking
**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
