**Job Title: Events & Corporate Bookings Manager** **Head Office**:95 Owen Rd S(218907) **About Us**: **Key Responsibilities**: - **Event Coordination & Management**:Handle all incoming event inquiries for corporate bookings, private events, and group reservations. Collaborate with clients to understand their event needs, from catering and menu selection to room setup and timing. Ensure smooth execution of events, acting as the point of contact before, during, and after the event. Liaise with restaurant managers and teams to ensure all event details are clearly communicated and executed to perfection. - **Sales & Lead Generation**:Proactively generate new leads for corporate bookings and private events through networking, outbound marketing, and outreach. Maintain and grow relationships with repeat clients, ensuring they return for future events. Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotions and packages to attract corporate clients. Track and report on sales activities, lead conversion, and event performance. - **Operational Support**:Maintain a system for tracking all event inquiries, bookings, and follow-ups in a timely manner. Ensure accurate documentation and contracts for all event bookings, and follow up on any post-event feedback. Manage event-related billing and payments in coordination with the finance team. - **Customer Experience**:Deliver an exceptional customer experience by providing excellent communication and personalized service throughout the booking process. Address client concerns or issues promptly and ensure their needs are met, contributing to repeat business and referrals. **Key Requirements**: - **Experience**:Proven experience in sales, event coordination, or corporate bookings within the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of event logistics, catering, and restaurant operations. Familiarity with event management software and CRM tools. - **Skills & Competencies**:Strong communication and negotiation skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects at once. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing client needs. Hungry, driven, and motivated to exceed sales targets and deliver results. - **Attitude**:A "hunter" mentality—someone who thrives in a target-driven environment and has a passion for closing deals. A team player with a positive, can-do attitude and a strong desire to succeed.
