**Event Sales & Operations Executive**
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Event Sales & Revenue Growth**
- Proactively generate leads and drive event sales to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Maintain a **strong track record of securing high-value event bookings and increasing restaurant revenue**through strategic sales initiatives.
- Develop customized event packages, upsell premium services, and maximize profitability.
**2. Event Planning & Client Engagement**
- Serve as the primary contact for event inquiries, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Conduct venue tours, present tailored proposals, and negotiate contracts to secure bookings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and VIP guests to encourage repeat business.
***3. Event & Restaurant Operations**:
- Collaborate with the culinary and service teams to ensure seamless execution of private dining, corporate functions, and special events.
- Manage event logistics, including seating arrangements, menu coordination, and special requests.
- Oversee event setup and execution, working closely with vendors and suppliers.
- Take on shift responsibilities, ensuring smooth daily restaurant operations,and upholding service standards **.**
- Monitor service quality, guest experience, and overall restaurant ambiance to maintain excellence.
**4. Marketing & Business Development**
- Work alongside the marketing team to develop and promote event packages.
- Utilize social media, digital marketing, and networking to attract potential clients.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings to refine event strategies.
**5. Administrative & Performance Tracking**
- Proactively reach out to potential clients via cold calls to generate leads, promote event packages, and secure bookings for the restaurant.Build relationships with prospective customers by understanding their event needs, handling objections, and following up to convert inquiries into confirmed reservations.
- Maintain accurate event booking records, contracts, and payment follow-ups.
- Analyze event sales performance and prepare reports for management.
- Conduct post-event evaluations, gather client feedback, and recommend operational improvement.
